Tungsten Silver Composites are strong refractory metal materials manufactured by a strictly controlled process including pressing, sintering, and infiltrating with copper or silver. The properties of tungsten composites are influenced by the copper/silver-to-tungsten ratio.
Tungsten Silver Composites are strong refractory metal materials manufactured by a strictly controlled process including pressing, sintering, and infiltrating with copper or silver. The properties of tungsten composites are influenced by the copper/silver-to-tungsten ratio. If the tungsten content improves, the electric arc and wear resistance will increase while the thermal and electrical conductivity, on the contrary, will reduce.

We also provide Tungsten Carbide Silver and Tungsten Carbide Copper.
Due to their unique properties, Tungsten based composites are widely used where the combination of good electrical and/or thermal conductivity and low thermal deformation is necessary, for example:
- As electrical contacts or heat sinks in electric resistance welding.
-In electrodes for electrical discharge machining (EDM) and electrochemical machining (ECM).
Our Tungsten Silver Composites are clearly tagged and labeled externally to ensure efficient identification and quality control. Great care is taken to avoid any damage which might be caused during storage or transportation.
