Honeycomb made from Aluminum alloy 3003 is a low-density material used principally as a shear-carrying-core in lightweight sandwich constructions. Since the air layer between the Aluminum Alloy 3003 Honeycomb composite panels is divided into a plurality of occluded cells by the honeycomb, the movement of the air is restricted, and the propagation of heat and sound waves is greatly prevented.

Since the air layer between the Aluminum Alloy 3003 Honeycomb composite panels is divided into a plurality of occluded cells by the honeycomb, the movement of the air is restricted, and the propagation of heat and sound waves is greatly prevented. Therefore, the Aluminum Alloy 3003 Honeycomb board is good heat insulation, heat preservation and sound insulation board.
